Corkin Gallery represents a group of emerging artists working in all media: painting, drawing, sculpture, installation, video and photography.  Their work resonates with the gallery’s established artists, which include some of Canada’s most prominent photo-based artists. Through its extensive exhibition program, the gallery shows the dynamic interaction and ongoing dialogue between a new generation of international contemporary artists and earlier precedents. This dialogue is continued through the exhibition of works from the gallery’s extensive inventory of photography from both the 19th and 20th centuries.
